One Direction star Louis Tomlinson played in a charity football match yesterday.
The 'Live While We're Young' singer took to the football field in his home town of Doncaster to help raise money for the Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice in Sheffield.
He was playing for his own team 'Three Horseshoes' against League One 'Doncaster Rovers'.
All the other One Direction boys were there to cheer him on, apart from Zayn Malik who was absent for unknown reasons. Louis' girlfriend Eleanor Calder was also in the stands supporting.
The band greeted the thousands who had turned out to see the game and signed autographs whilst they were waiting for kick-off.
Louis later wrote on Twitter to thank his fans for their support:
"So so lovely to have the boys there thank you so much @Real_Liam_Payne @Harry_Styles and @NiallOfficial for being there.
"Can't thank everyone enough for coming! Was an experience I will remember for the rest of my life."
