Ever since it first launched back in 2004, The X Factor has kept us religiously glued to our TV screens every Saturday night, and just as it's been synonymous for plucking out future stars from millions of hopefuls, it's also had it's fair share of drama.

Created by music mogul Simon Cowell, the show has given hope to a wide variety of aspiring singers who were hoping to be spotted from obscurity and transformed into world-famous pop star’s, but that's not to say the journey has been smooth sailing.
