The last week in January has not brought any huge news stories but, in its own unique way has been pretty special.

For example, Rihanna appears to have had the phrase 'Thug Life' tattooed across her knuckles. Can we believe in a pop star who looks like a hardened criminal anymore? Is the tattoo real, even? We'll believe it when we see for sure (in a colour that doesn't match her nail polish).
