N-Dubz's Tulisa Contostavlos was in a revealing documentary last night where she spoke of her teenage depression and the difficulties of caring for her mentally unwell mother.
In a particularly emotional part of the documentary, Tulisa showed her blood-splattered teenage diaries to the crew, and broke down in tears.
