Singer Taylor Swift took advantage of her latest album title during her appearance on the Late Show With David Letterman last night in New York city, sporting a stunning vibrant red dress.

The 22-year-old singer was papped in the red satin number, which was cinched in at the waist supported by a slim gold belt. She completed her look with nude heels and a dash of red lipstick, with her blonde locks styled in loose waves.

The 'Love Story' songstress, who discussed the release of her fourth LP as well as what it means to her during the interview, evidently couldn't contain her excitement on appearing on the popular US show, as she tweeted to her followers beforehand:

''About to be on the Late Show with David Letterman on CBS!!! Watch??? K thanks.''

The star later performed a few new tracks from the new record, as well as her new song 'Red.'
