Taylor Swift has revealed that she and her pal Ed Sheeran spent an entire night writing and harmonising on her kitchen floor.
The 'We Are Never Getting Back Together' singer told The Sun: "We had both reached out to each other's camps at the same time. I showed up at his hotel in Arizona and we just wrote songs all day."
"Then he came and hung out at my house in LA and we spent all night sitting on the kitchen floor laughing, writing songs and harmonising."
Taylor's new album Red includes a collaboration between herself and Ed called 'Everything has Changed.'
Speaking about working on the song, Taylor added: "I was really excited about getting to work with Ed Sheeran because I love his songs so much — they're so beautiful. So when we ended up doing a duet, I was just so happy to have his voice on the record."
Taylor also told the newspaper that they spent a lot of time in her LA home making music and she hopes more of their songs can be released in the future.
It seems Ed isn't the only British artist Taylor is taken with, as he reveals he was hanging out with Ellie Goulding recently.
"I met Ellie Goulding at The Jonathan Ross Show and she's such a cool girl. Plus, she sang at the Royal Wedding."
Taylor's new album Red is out now.
