Adele's new theme track for the forthcoming James Bond Skyfall movie has been described as "jaw-dropping."
The 24-year-old recorded the new soundtrack for the latest installment of the legendary franchise at London's famous Abbey Road studios, with Paul Epworth, who worked on her Grammy award-winning album, 21.
A preview of the song leaked online on Monday and fans of the singer took to their droves to send out positive feedback, with Epworth revealing they are in for a treat when the full-length version is released.
"I'm quite pleased [by the positive reaction so far]," Epworth told the BBC.
"But I can't wait for people to hear the rest of it. Particularly, Adele's performance is really jaw-dropping."
After adding that he and Adele "felt like we'd nailed it," Epowrth added: "The initial chords happened quite quickly but we spent a few months shaping it, tweaking it. A song like this has to have a gravity and dynamic rather than [be] an instant pop song. Hopefully it's got lasting value."
