Adele has confirmed she has recorded the theme tune for the latest James Bond movie, Skyfall, and has released a preview of the track.

The 'Someone Like You' hitmaker has long been speculated to become the latest musician to record the score for the legendary movie franchise, and while she has now confirmed the rumours, Adele admits that she was hesistant to agree to sing the song.
The 24-year-old singer shared a photo of the cover music sheet for the song on Twitter, sharing the news with her fans.
"There's a lot of instant spotlight and pressure when it comes to a Bond song," Adele said according to the official James Bond website.

"But I fell in love with the script. It was also a lot of fun writing to a brief, something I've never done, which made it exciting."
Adele recorded the song with her 'Rolling In The Deep' co-writer Paul Epworth at London's famous Abbey Road Studios.
The track is expected to debut on Friday at 0.07am but you can listen to a preview below...
