It has now been confirmed on Rihanna's official Facebook page that the release of her new track 'Diamonds' in the UK has been moved to later this week, after originally being scheduled to come out in November.

The song, which was produced by Benny Blanco and written by Australian singer Sia, had it's first play on radio stations worldwide yesterday, and was available to download on iTunes around the world on Wednesday (Sept. 26).
It will put the single in a direct chart battle with boyband One Direction's 'Live While We're Young.'
The 24-year-old Roc Nation singer also tweeted a picture of all the countries where the song has already hit the number one spot, adding that she was overwhelmed by the strong support from her fans.
''I'm floored and humbled! Thanks to everybody y'all are the greatest!,'' wrote the Bajan babe on her Twitter page.
The single is the first cut from Rihanna’s upcoming seventh studio album, a follow up of her 2011 LP Talk That Talk, and is expected to release in November.
