Ed Sheeran has revealed that two of the songs he has written for One Direction's new album is about his ex-girlfriend.
The 'You Need Me, I Don't Need You' singer told MTV News that both the songs that he wrote for the ‘What Makes You Beautiful’ hitmakers new album is about his ex-girlfriend.
"The two songs that I wrote for One Direction's album are, they're the same subject matter as the last song I wrote for the last album," he said.
"They're both about my ex-girlfriend," the 'Lego House' star confessed.
Penning one of the two songs as a future single from the 'One Thing' band's upcoming second studio album 'Take Me Home'.
Sheeran opened up on the theme of the two singles written for the One Direction album.
"One of them is knd of a getting-back together song. One of them is an appreciation song," he revealed.
"I can't say the titles. The song that I think will be the single, one of the singles, is kind of a very sweet song," the singer added.
