Miley Cyrus' rep has been forced to deny allegations that she is suspect in a criminal battery incident, in which she is said to have assaulted a man in a nightclub.

TMZ claimed that in a report filed with the police, Miley was with her fiance Liam Hemsworth at a nightclub when an argument broke out with a group nearby. The argument was said to have escalated and Miley has been accused of pushing a 19-year-old man and hitting him in the face.

However, Miley's rep has released a statement, saying: "This claim is completely false and erroneous."

The allegations come after Miley's Los Angeles home was broken into by an alleged stalker who claimed to her husband.

According to the Huffington Post, a man named Jason Luis Rivera has now been charged with trespassing and resisting arrest when breaking into Miley's house.

While Miley recently complained of her new hairstyle getting all the attention, we don't think these new allegations are what she had in mind!
