Justin Bieber has celebrated his 18th birthday by announcing his new single.
The teen icon, in a relationship with Selena Gomez, will release 'Boyfriend' as the first cut from his new album Believe on March 26.
Speaking to Ellen DeGeneres on Ellen, he said: "Basically I'm talking to this girl [saying] if I was your boyfriend I would never let you go."
He also revealed that he will sing and rap on the track, and that it was co-written by 'Cooler Than Me' star Mike Posner.
Ke$ha and Lil Wayne are also believed to have contributed to the new album in some capacity.
Bieber was last night named Villain Of The Year and his Christmas record Mistletoe dubbed Worst Album at the NME Awards.
