The makers of mobile phone game 'Joustin' Beaver' have threatened Justin Bieber with legal action, after the 'Baby' singer demanded they remove the product from online stores.
The application parodies the popstar, with the central character being a beaver embodying several of his characteristics.
Bieber's people threatened to sue developers Rc3 unless they took the game down, but TMZ now alleges that Rc3 have counter-sued.
They are apparently asking the court to prove that they are not breaking any laws by creating a parody of a celebrity, and insist that they are protected under U.S. constitution.
The Wanted's Max George has recently defended the teen idol against claims that he is not a humble star.
