Miley Cyrus has responded to Twitter trolls who have been sending her vile messages.
The former 'Hannah Montana' star has urged bosses of the micro-blogging site to take stronger action against cyber-bullying in the wake of her latest death threats.
The newest bout of messages accused her of dressing "like white trash" and told her "to die".
Although the offending user has since deleted their account, Cyrus has kept her response on her profile. It reads: "U have nothing better 2 do than hate? That saddens me. (sic)
"I'm surrounded by love I'm sorry 4 whatever happened 2 make u so bitter (sic)," she said.
"I wont tolerate someone telling me 2 die. I think Twitter needs to take some responsibility and make it a safe environment!"
In recent times Kylie Minogue, Cher Lloyd and comic Matt Lucas have all fallen victim to Twitter abuse.
