Rivalry between the X Factor 2011 finalists is reportedly stronger than ever in the run-up to the nationwide arena tour.
Whereas previous years' hopefuls, such as Rebecca Ferguson, have noted that the atmosphere among contestants tends to improve once the competition is over, The Sun reports that the most recent crop of wannabes are fighting harder than ever to get themselves noticed.
Runner-up Marcus Collins, promoting his debut single 'Seven Nation Army' ahead of its March 4 release, said: "People are raring to go and don't want to be forgotten."
He joins Amelia Lily, Misha B, Janet Devlin, Craig Colton, Johnny Robinson, The Risk, Kitty Brucknell and, of course, Little Mix will perform on the jaunt.
Collins also added that ex-mentor Gary Barlow has been an ongoing source of support as he launches his career.
"I look up to him like he's my dad. He's unbelievable, such a nice guy," he gushed. "I speak to him all the time — I called the other day just to check in."
