Katy Perry has scored the best one-week sales of her career with new single 'Part Of Me'.
The blue-haired singer debuted the song at last week's Grammy Awards, and the track sold an impressive 411,000 copies in its first 7 days on release.
It is only the 20th song in Billboard history to make its debut at No. 1. The last track to do so was Lady GaGa's 'Born This Way' this time last year.
There's also good news post-Grammys for Adele, as she lands three songs in the Billboard Top 10. 'Set Fire To The Rain' leads the charge at No. 2, with 'Rolling In The Deep' and 'Someone Like You' not far behind.
She is the first female artist in history to score three Hot 100 top 10s simultaneously as the lead artist. Ashanti managed a similar feat in 2002, but was a featured artist on two of the hits.
Elsewhere, Whitney Houston's 'I Will Always Love You' ascends 7-3, and last week's Number 1 from Kelly Clarkson slips 1-4.
The Top 10 is rounded off by two new entries - Nicki Minaj's 'Starships' debuts at No. 9, and Chris Brown bows at No. 10 with 'Turn Up The Music'.
