Cheryl Cole has taken legal action against former So Solid Crew star Harvey and the magazine he told about their alleged 'relationship' earlier this week.

As reported on PopDash, Harvey claimed that the pair bonded and spent time together following Cheryl's split from her ex-husband, Chelsea and England footballer Ashley Cole. He cited e-mails sent between the pair as proof of the relationship.

However, Cheryl immediately denied this on Twitter and said that Harvey must be 'smoking something' if he thinks that he is telling the truth. Nicola Roberts backed Cheryl up telling her Twitter followers that she 'prefers phone sex' to e-mails anyway.

Acoording to The Mirror today however, things have moved from Twitter to the courts with Cheryl filing legal action against Now magazine.
