Selena Gomez insists that she and boyfriend Justin Bieber are a normal couple, despite the lavish gifts he has given her in the past.

"I'm just like every 19-year-old girl. If you're in love, you're in love to the fullest, and you just want to go to the movies, hang out, and be as normal as possible," she told Cosmopolitan.

The singer/actress said Justin is 'normal' too, adding, "I'm fortunate that I've found someone who has that philosophy."

Last September, Biebs rented out the Staples Centre in Los Angeles just to watch Titanic.

Selena and Justin will soon celebrate their one-year anniversary and we're sure they'll just spend a nice, quiet night in together.
