Madonna broke down in tears during an interview complaining about her gruelling her Super Bowl rehearsals.
Speaking to the Metro while promoting her Directorial debut film W.E the pop icon said,"I’m sorry if I cry. I’m just so exhausted from Super Bowl rehearsals."
The usually composed Madonna went on to apologise saying "I’m not usually a very sentimental person. Don’t hold it against me."
The 53 year-old became even more emotional when talking about the film, sobbing as she explained.
"This movie is about the journey of a woman’s soul. I want to thank my mother for giving me my life."
The 'Gimmie All You Luvin' singer had previously revealed the details of her huge Super Bowl performance to ABC News.
‘I have eight minutes to set up my stage, 12 minutes to put on the greatest show on Earth and seven minutes to take it down so the football field is clean for the second half. That’s the challenge. How do you do that? I wanted to have 100 drummers come from the ceiling."
No wonder she's exhausted.
The 'MDNA' singer was keeping tight lipped about whether guest stars on 'Gimmie All You Luvin' - Nicki Minaj and M.I.A - would be joining her for the show.
‘I am not saying “Yes” and I am not saying “No”,’ she teased.
Yesterday (Jan 26) will.i.am hinted that LMFAO will perform with Madonna at the Super Bowl
