The iconic chat show host is seen as an ideal figure to have in the babys life and both Beyonce and Jay-Z not keen to have a member of their family (i.e. Beyonce's sister Solange) acting as Godmother. The fact Oprah is the richest, most pwerful woman in America probably helped too.
Meanwhile, Jay-Z's close friend Tyran "Ty Ty" Smith will be Godfather, according to Mediatakeout.
