Demi Lovato has not returned to rehab, a representative for the US star has confirmed today.

Rumours that the teen star, who spent time in a rehab facility during 2011, had returned to her bad ways and was seeking treatment started up earluier this week with Blind Gossip claiming that: "Demi is expected to remain a resident of the facility for several weeks, after which time she will transition to out-patient treatment."

However, a spokesperson for the 'Unbroken' star has flat out denied this, labelling the story a "a crock of s**t", in a chat with Gossip Cop.

Meanwhile, Demi's fellow teen star, Miley Cyrus, has caused trouble by posing with an X-Rated birthday cake at her boyfriend's party.
