Kelly Rowland has said that Beyonce's baby girl is 'Absolutely beautiful' after meeting her for the first time recently.

The X Factor judge and 'Motivation' star was one of the first to visit Beyonce at her exclusive New York maternity ward and spoke to E! News about her plans to make sure Blue Ivy Carter is the best dressed girl in the world.

"She's absolutely beautiful! And I say that with such a huge grin! I'm so excited. You best believe her auntie will have her dressed to impress," said Kelly.

Kelly, who went into the hospital with her former Destiny's Child bandmate Michelle Williams, then added: "We all just stared at her. I just stared at her. She is so beautiful."
