Nick Cannon has said that he will be forever in debt to his wife Mariah Carey after she helped him back to full health following his hospitalisation over Christmas.
Cannon was put in hospital when he suffered mild kidney failure during a skiing trip to Aspen. Mariah Tweeted her way through the ordeal, eventually travelling with her man to LA when he was transferred.
Speaking in his first interview since returning to full health, America's Got Talent host Cannon told Howard Stern how the ordeal has brough him closer to Mariah.
“I’m happier than happy,” Cannon told the radio host. “Especially though this entire process, we’ve become so much closer… I even got a chance to see a different side of my wife where she became so nurturing. I’m in debt to her forever.”
Cannon is now fighting fit and looking forward to returning to work.
