Gary Barlow has revealed how much he has battled with food and his weight in the past, saying he is happier with his body now than ever before.
X Factor judge and Take That star Barlow famously ballooned following the split of the band in the 1990's and he even hit 17st at one point. However, the triumphant return of the group coincided with Gary successfully shifting the weight and, as he says, feeling better than ever.
"I'm at a weight that I'm just so bloody happy with and I feel amazing. I'm full of confidence." he told this weeks Grazia.
Adding: "It's going to sound shallow, but being happy with the way I look makes me spring out of bed in the morning and want to live life.''I knew she was the one for me because she understands me."
Speaking about his relationship with food, Gary tells the magazine how "every mouthful of food I have always felt guilty."
Adding: "I've actually had major problems with food for years and years. I realised that once I started to eat I couldn't stop."
Barlow helped his X Factor contestant Craig Colton lose weight earlier this year and, as we reported earlier today, he is working on getting Stevie Wonder to duet with Marcus Collins should he make it to the final of this years show.
