Louis Walsh has said he is hoping to set up X Factor girlband Little Mix with Jedward.

The Irish twins are said to be interested in the band and their manager Walsh has gone on record as saying he will set up a 'double date' between them.

"I could see Jedward going on a double-date with two of the Little Mix girls," Louis told the official X Factor site. Adding: "I'll have to sort something out, get the twins back down the studio. Watch this space."

Walsh helped launch Jedward through The X Factor in 2009 and has seen them go on to reportedly earn millions of pounds as well as represent Ireland at Eurovision earlier this year.

Little Mix started the X Factor under the name Rhythmix but were forced to change when a charity with the same name complained that they were stealing focus from their fundraising efforts.
