Pop rockers McFly have revealed the title of their fifth studio album. The album, which has been two years in the making, is to be called 'Above The Noise' and will be released in November.
Bass player, Dougie Poynter tweeted "The new McFly record is called Above The Noise. Can't wait for you guys to hear it!".
If the writers and producers are anything to go by, the album seems set to go in a slightly different direction to the bands past offerings as the boys have enlisted the help of Taio Cruz and Dallas Austin.
The four piece also announced the news of their album title on BBC Radio 1 during a live show with Chris Moyles in which they serenaded Moyles and listeners alike with a performance of their single 'Star Girl'
Lead singer and guitarist, Tom Fletcher took to twitter saying "If you missed it we surprised [Chris Moyles] since it's Mcflyday and played 'Star Girl' live. Plus we revealed the title of our new album!!!!!"
He added, "We weren't even planning on telling you today!"
Aren't we the lucky ones!
