Rihanna's record label have revealed on Twitter that her new single 'Only Girl' will not premiere today as had been previously announced.
The song will now appear some time 'soon' according to SRP Records.
Claiming to have never revealed a release date (which they didn't, it was a radio station) the label Tweeted:
"We have never once given a date-..we will only say it when there is something definite."
There are also rumours that the songs name has been changed from 'Only Girl' to Cheers in a tribute to Ted Danson to reflect the songs upbeat nature and shift away from the Rated R sound.
